WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?
The Box Office is open 1 hour prior to curtain at the performance location and from 10am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, 10am-1pm Saturday at 50 Main Street, Second Floor. Tickets are always available at theatrenantucket.org. To order tickets by phone please call: 508.228.4305 (local) or 1-866-811-4111 (support).
For Subscription or Flex Pass Support call toll-free: 1-866-811-4111, Theatre Workshop accepts all major credit cards for online or phone sales. To purchase tickets with a check please visit the Theatre Workshop Box Office in person.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES?
Absolutely! Theatre Workshop is dedicated to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience to all patrons. Please contact the box office or TWN administrative offices to inquire about seating. We have access to each theatre lobby area and removable chairs in each theatre to accommodate wheelchair patrons and companions.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON CAMERAS, CELL PHONES, PAGERS AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES?
Due to copyright laws and the safety of our performers, all electronic devices are not permitted during our productions. We would love to connect with you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, through email and over the phone. We only ask that you do that in our lobby and outside of the theatres.
Where do I Park?
Theatre Workshop does not have an official parking lot. Please do not park at the FCC. If you are interested in Valet Parking, there is a service located across from the Whaling Museum
What’s the dress code?
All we ask is that your come fully dressed and comfortable. Please no swimsuits.
Are children allowed?
Children are allowed to attend performances. However, we advise that you check with the Box Office prior to ensure subject matter is appropriate for guests of all ages.
What if I’m late to a performance?
Late seating will be allowed at the discretion of the House Manager. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the scheduled curtain time.
How can I get more involved?
